How long of a massage do I need?

We offer 30min, 45min, 60min, and some of our therapists do 90min massages. We are unsure how long it will take to release your muscles; everyone is different. We recommend 60min to start, this will give us enough time to identify your problem areas and release the muscles.

What are the benefits of massage therapy?

Do you offer direct billing?

All of our therapists are registered massage therapists with a highly valued education, and we direct bill to all major insurance companies and can provide receipts for massage services.

Do you offer couples massages?

We do not do couples massage in the same room, however you can book at the same time as we have multiple rooms.

Can I work out after a massage?

We suggest that you work out different areas of the body that we did not massage. Massage does create micro tears in the muscles and so does exercise. You are at an increased risk for injury and further damage to the muscle if you do not wait until it is healed. We suggest you wait 12-24 hours or until your muscles are no longer sore and fully recovered.

Why do I need to drink water after my massage?

There are lots of reasons why water is great for you, the short answer is that it increases blood volume and flow so you can flush out toxins that are left behind in your arteries.
