Graston is a form of soft tissue mobilization that uses stainless steal tools.
Who does it benefit?
This technique benefits everyone with a soft tissue injury including but not limited to Scars (best treated to break up scar tissue after 2 weeks or scars have closed and stitches are out) and we can do this technique with acute injuries.
Does IASTM ( Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manual Therapy ) cost more?
